Your Role
- Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies, plans, and scripts for web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications.
- Create and maintain performance test scripts using K6 and/or Apache JMeter.
- Perform load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability testing.
- Analyze test results and identify application, database, infrastructure, and network bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, SRE, and architecture teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support shift-left quality practices.
- Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for system optimization.




- Monitor application performance using observability and APM tools.
- Participate in capacity planning and production readiness activities.
- Support root cause analysis for performance-related incidents in non-production and production environments.

Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with K6 and/or Apache JMeter.
- Experience testing REST APIs, microservices, and web applications.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience analyzing JVM, application, database, and infrastructure performance metrics.
- Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, REST, TCP/IP, caching, and distributed systems.
- Experience with SQL and database performance analysis.
