In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Prepare and file federal, state, local, property, sales, and other tax returns and related reports accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and statutory filing requirements.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
- Review business initiatives, transactions, and proposals to identify tax implications and recommend appropriate actions.
- Support tax planning strategies aimed at optimizing the company's tax position while maintaining compliance.
- Assist with tax audits, inquiries, and examinations by tax authorities.
- Prepare tax-related reconciliations, analyses, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and business teams on tax-related matters.
- Support due diligence and tax analysis activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Maintain accurate tax records and documentation in accordance with company policies.

For This Role, You Will Need:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in corporate tax, public accounting, or tax compliance.
- Knowledge of federal, state, local, indirect, and/or property tax regulations.
- Experience preparing tax returns and supporting schedules.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
