As an IT Digital Workplace Support Technician, you will play a key role in supporting end users across our business by ensuring reliable workplace technology and outstanding service delivery. You will provide hands-on support for hardware,



software, Microsoft 365 tools, and local IT infrastructure while collaborating closely with regional and global teams. Your work will help create seamless digital experiences that enable employees to perform at their best every day.

What You Will Do
- Provide first-line technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage IT service tickets and support the lifecycle management of hardware and software assets.
- Assist in maintaining local infrastructure, servers, and network devices in partnership with integral IT teams.
- Deliver exceptional customer-focused support and clear communication to employees and stakeholders.
