About the Role:
The Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in supporting the workforce within the Durable Goods Manufacturing industry by managing various HR functions. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations while fostering a positive work environment. The HR Generalist will implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and facilitate employee onboarding processes. Additionally, they will handle employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives to enhance workforce productivity. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.




- Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software.
- Familiarity with labor relations and collective bargaining processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding their benefits.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
