- Drives Suppliers to reach and sustain Quality and Logistics performance levels in line with the division targets, across the assigned supplier and/or program scope.
- Support Procurement teams on Crisis Management (Missing parts, recovery plan).
- Support Quality teams on Crisis Management (NoE, quality issues ).
- Support SPQM Division on Suppliers action plan, assessment & escalations in case of recurring performance deviations until acceptable performance is reached.
- Ensure the consistency of initiated improvement actions with all supply chain stakeholders.
- Manages supplier action plans in case of recurring performance deviations until acceptable performance is reached.
- Manage Recovery plan with Line of Balance management on shortages occurring at multi SEP plants.
- Support SPQM Division to recover good supplier performances by addressing action plan follow up through close relationship and visits to supplier site.
- Support the Supply chain operation teams on recovery plan, escalations or critical issues.
- Support SPQM to “Check and Act” action plan implementation.
- Acts as a co assessor for onsite supplier assessments and audits, in coordination with the SPQM.
- Support SPQM plant on Major Quality issues. (Scope definition, containment...).
- Escalate and participate to risk analysis with SPQM Division.
- Drives key stakeholders to define and deliver the corrective action plans ensuring results are achieved and sustainable with a key focus on production readiness, audits and for systemic quality issues.
- Conducts internal periodic supplier performance review with other groups within the division.
- Focal point for supplier performances issues in relation with logistics and programs teams.
- Conduct workshops to drive change and resolve conflict,
both internally and at the supplier facility.
- Regular, predictable attendance is required.

Experiência y requisitos
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Quality,
- Supply Chain and/or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Aerospace & Defense or related industry desired
- Project Management skills - Intermediate.
- Technical awareness of manufacturing processes - Advanced.
- Understanding of process control, total quality, and lean manufacturing - Intermediate.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles & toolsincluding audits; ERP principals - Advanced.
- Knowledge of Quality/Lean tools (FMEA, 8D, DMAIC, 5W, Ishikawa etc.) including audits - Intermediate.
- Problem solving skills - ability to analyze a problem and determine if driven by design, supplier or other factors in a timely fashion. - Intermediate
- Strong communication skills at all levels (written and
- verbal).
- Ability to work in autonomous environment.
- High level of self-motivation and job planning in order to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer focus.
- Leadership through influence and effective conflict resolution.
- Green Belt certification preferred
- Required fluency in English
