Role Summary
The Scrum Master will facilitate the operations of Agile frameworks with multiple teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will support teams in achieving high performance and delivering value to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, self-organization, and accountability.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, values, and practices.
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clarity of requirements.




- Track and communicate team progress and performance metrics.
- Promote continuous improvement and facilitate the adoption of best practices.
- Ensure alignment between teams and stakeholders.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve impediments and conflicts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices in teams.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and project management.
