**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the implementation of IT service management practices to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide technical expertise in RPGLE and DB2/400 to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of software solutions.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT service management.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.
- Support the integration of new technologies to enhance supply chain processes and capabilities.
- Document technical processes and provide training to team members to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Participate in project planning and provide input on resource allocation and timelines.




- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Possess strong experience in AS/400 RPG RPGLE DB2/400 and CLP.
- Demonstrate expertise in IT Service Management within the supply chain domain.
- Have a solid understanding of supply chain processes in the consumer goods sector.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans for software solutions.
- Display strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
**Certifications Required**
ITIL Foundation Certification AS/400 RPG Certification
