POSITION OBJECTIVE
Design and implement a standardized audit process for bill of lading complement (CCP) data, improving classification and alignment across all suppliers within 6 months.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review HS Codes vs. CCP classification
Validate which suppliers are required to provide CCP information
Filling in information for bill of lading complement
Standardize the formats in which information is shared
Support with monthly KPIs and improvements
Improve control of classifications in order to save time
Document the bill of lading complement audit process in the ISO quality system
**SKILLS**:
Currently pursuing a degree in International business, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of transportation processes is a plus.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
Intermediate to advanced English level.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
