- We're looking for a Quality Lead to drive excellence and innovation in our AI language and data projects. You'll use your strong technical and leadership skills to ensure top-quality results, improve our processes, and guide our team to meet new technical challenges, helping us stay ahead in a fast-evolving market. This is a hybrid opportunity in Mexico City.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee quality assurance for AI data and language analysis projects.
- Develop and implement quality standards, testing procedures, and new, efficient processes.
- Manage projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and technical requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders (like Google) to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Analyze complex issues, propose innovative solutions, and drive improvements.Mentor team members on quality best practices and technical skills.
- Skills:
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and testing methodologies with a solid background in Programming (e.g., Python, SQL, understanding of code logic).
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication abilities with them and the internal team.
- Strong Project management skills with emphasis on critical thinking, problem-solving, and driving innovation.
- Good to have:
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Ability to individually drive projects to success.
- Experience in data analysis or data science.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning (ML) concepts or cloud engineering.




- Experience working directly with large tech clients or on AI-driven projects.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to our projects.
