We are looking for an **IT Technician.**
**Location**:CDMX (near Ángel de la Independencia)
**What are we looking for in you?**
- A systems engineering or related career
- Fluency in English and advanced conversational Mandarin (daily conversations and interviews in English and Mandarin).
- A minimum of two years' experience as a computer technician.
- Experience of installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing network and communication hardware and software.
- Configuration of telephone lines, networks, telecommunications, DNS services, XAMPP local hosts, hosting services, data recovery and databases.
- Advanced management of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive and Office).
- Basic knowledge of electricity.
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Mac, Novell, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of servers, switches, CCTV, computers, video walls, networking and communications.
- Data backup and recovery/information security and data privacy.
- TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, VPNs and cyber-attack prevention.
- Technical user support

**BENEFITS**
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday,



9:00 am to 2:00 pm (with availability to occasionally work after hours or additional Saturdays).
- Salary: up to a nominal monthly salary of $25,000
- Benefits above the legal requirement
