**Seeking: IT Technician**

The main objective of this position is to install and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure their maximum functionality, as well as to train users on the proper and secure use of the IT infrastructure across all company locations.
**What We Need From You**:
**Experience (minimum 3 years)**:
- In information technology, including:
- **Microsoft 365** (Outlook, OneDrive, Office).
- Installation and configuration of **network and communication hardware and software**.
- Management and technical support of **systems and networks** (IT infrastructure management).
- Configuration of **telephone lines, networks, telecommunications, and CCTV**.
- Experience with **Videowall, DNS Service, XAMPP local Host, and Hosting services**.
**Key Technical Knowledge**:
- **Operating systems and computer networks** (including Windows Server, Linux, Novell/CTARS at an intermediate level).
- **Basic electricity applied to IT**.
- Installation and repairs of **hardware and software**.
- **Information security and data privacy** (including TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, VPNs, types of cyberattacks, and their prevention).
- Advanced handling of **Server, Switch, CCTV, Computers, Videowall, networks, and communications**.
- **Data backup and recovery**.

- **Problem diagnosis and resolution** (hardware and software, including cyberattacks like DoS, zero-day, phishing, malware, ransomware, keylogger, etc.).

- **Work under pressure and crisis management**.
- **Availability**:
- To **travel** to all company locations (based in Reforma).
- To have a **flexible schedule** (including outside regular working hours and occasionally on Saturdays).
- **Desirable job stability**.
- **Conversational English** (essential).
- **Chinese** (required).
