**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in similar roles focused on cost reduction and efficiency.
- **In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.**:
- Strong project management, data analysis, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications in Lean Six Sigma are an advantage.
- **Advanced English**

- Cost Reduction: Identify, analyze, and execute projects to reduce operational costs, ensuring that implemented initiatives are sustainable in the long term.
- **Cost Savings Project Management**: Plan, execute, and oversee cost-saving projects with a focus on quantifiable results, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Headcount Reduction: Develop and execute strategies to optimize the workforce while maintaining productivity and work quality.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to identify improvement opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Automation and Efficiency: Evaluate and implement technologies and systems that enhance process automation and efficiency.
