About the role: The Paralegal will work closely with attorneys to keep cases moving, providing substantive support across probate, trust administration, conservatorship, and estate planning matters. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative,



enjoys managing a full caseload, and is comfortable drafting a wide range of legal documents with precision. Paralegals report to the Managing Paralegal and play a key part in delivering timely, high-quality service to clients.

What You'll Do
- Manage caseload and take initiative in ensuring the case moves forward and all work is done in a timely manner.
- Know and understand the scope of work and strategy for matters assigned
- Communicate with clients, experts, and other parties to provide updates and gather information; answer basic questions about the status of the case.
- Open, maintain, and close client files (both paper & electronic).
- Perform initial case assessment and document review.
- Monitor case progress and move the case forward without attorney prompting, including responsibilities for upcoming
