Position Summary

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for executing and coordinating key Human Resources processes that support manufacturing operations. This role oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, training coordination,



payroll administration, employee services, attendance management, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company policies. The position acts as a strategic business partner to operations by delivering efficient HR services that contribute to organizational performance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly, technical, and administrative positions.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and selection activities with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely staffing to meet operational requirements.
- Support workforce planning initiatives and recruitment strategies.

Hiring & Onboarding
