**About Valley Housing Solutions**
Valley Housing Solutions provides fully furnished temporary housing for clients displaced by fire, flood, or other events, working closely with insurance adjusters, public adjusters, and restoration companies. We pride ourselves on prompt, professional service and a people-first approach.
**Role Overview**
You’ll split your time between supporting our leadership team with administrative tasks and driving new business through phone-based outreach. This is an adecuado role for someone who’s equally comfortable in Excel and on the phone, and who wants the flexibility of part-time hours in a fast-paced office environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales Support & Outreach**
- Research and qualify new leads (insurance adjusters, restoration contractors, referral partners)
- Conduct outbound calls to schedule meetings and share service information
- Enter and update lead/contact information in our CRM
**Executive Assistance**
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements




- Prepare weekly reports, presentations, and sales collateral as needed
**Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Process invoices and expense reports
- Assist with light bookkeeping and data entry in Microsoft Excel
**Qualifications**
- 1+ years’ experience in an administrative or sales-support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making 20-30 outbound calls per day
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Must have C1 English level
- Must have strong ethernet connection for VOIP usage

Pay: $10,000.00 - $17,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 per week
