**Account Executive (LATAM) - Remote, EST Hours**:

We’re hiring an **Account Executive (LATAM)** to help drive enrollment for one of the fastest-growing trade school graduate producers in the U.S. In this mid-level, full-cycle sales role, you’ll guide qualified leads through the enrollment journey—helping individuals unlock career opportunities through life-changing education.

**Your Work Schedule**:
- ** Tuesday to Thursday**: 1PM - 8PM EST
- ** Saturday**: 9AM - 3PM EST
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Engage inbound leads and proactively follow up with interested prospects
- Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and tailor value-driven pitches
- Assist leadership with follow-ups and closing conversations
- Keep your pipeline organized and up-to-date in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales messaging, targeting, and workflows
**What You Bring**:
- 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- At least 1 year of experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Minimum 1 year in an Account Executive or similar quota-carrying role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish fluency is a **plus**)
- Organized, self-motivated, and skilled at managing multiple conversations
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment during EST hours
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
