**Position Summary**
Management and development of Information Technology projects.
Support in the implementation of systems and services.
Perform problem analysis and offer complete software and/or hardware solutions.
**Responsibilities**
**MAIN FUNCTIONS**
IT Project Management
Accountable to give solutions for internal, external or corporate users
Design and implementation of system solutions to support the business
End-user trainer
Company systems maintenance and follow up to implemented projects




Supports the management of relationships with suppliers and customers
Develop tasks, workflows, and resources to finalize projects
Identifies, communicates and recommends new or improvements in the systems, in order to be implemented in the company
Leads and promotes the use of corporate resources/tools and services in its implementation in the company
Database Administration (SQL, Access)
Hardware support and configuration (Desktop, Laptop, Server, Printers)
Lan/WAN Networking support and configuration
Attention to the Systems Help Desk managed by Footprints
IT Security (Active Directory, JDE)
**REQUIREMENTS**
Bachelor’s Degree in systems engineering or similar
3 years’ experience on IT support or similar position
English - Proficient
