Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an _Operations Training Manager_ located in _Guadalajara, North._
- Reporting to the Training Manager, Operations Training Manager role will be responsible for designing and implementing talent development strategies that drive organizational growth, aligned with HR objectives. Will strengthen partnerships with universities and manage training programs that address real business needs. Acts as a key advisor in development processes, competencies, and curriculum alignment, with a strategic, analytical, and high-impact approach._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Oversee the design and execution of talent development strategies, ensuring they align with business objectives and foster continuous growth across the organization._
- _ Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and external partners (government and private), creating opportunities for collaboration and visibility._
- _ Partner with key stakeholders to connect learning initiatives with current and future talent needs of the organization._
- _ Represent the company at educational events and job fairs, strengthening the employer brand and staying informed on talent trends._




- _ Support internal development processes by promoting learning programs and connecting employees with relevant growth opportunities._
- _ Lead and mentor a small team focused on training and development execution._
- _ Monitor and evaluate learning strategies, ensuring alignment with competencies and real business impact._
- _ Promote a culture of learning, highlighting internal success stories and enabling consistent development experiences across all levels._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_
- _ Proven experience in talent development, learning strategies, or organizational development roles._
- _ Solid understanding of competency-based development and curriculum design._
- _ Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of learning or development initiatives._
- _ Strong sense of ownership and self-direction, with the ability to prioritize, make decisions, and move initiatives forward independently while collaborating across teams._
- _ Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influence_
- _ Analytical and diagnostic skills to assess learning needs._
- _ Leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams._
- _ Advanced English level (spoken and written) is required._
