Position**:Production Supervisor**
Reports to: Operations Manager

Location: Blvd 2000 - Parque Sur Industrial Tijuana, BC
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Analyzes production schedules and estimates man-hour requirements to complete assigned work.
- Responsible to achieve Safety, Quality, Service & Cost KPI’s Goals.
- Production Plan Achievement.
- Maintains the balance of production lines.
- Develop, Motivate and Guide Personnel in charge to achieve the production goals.
- Coordinates performance evaluations and contributes to the preparation of their development plans.
- Comply and maintain the layouts (Pieces x Hours & Headcount).
- Coordinate transfer of responsibilities and information between shifts.
- Release Job Numbers in daily form.
- Maintain the efficiency, Downtime reduction and Documentation required of the area.
- Supervise the correct record of the scrap of the lines.
- Manages process improvement and problems solving through lean tools.
- Manage safe work areas and good work environment.
Experiência y requisitos




**Experience and requirements**:
- Industrial Engineering career or similar
- At least 2 years of experience
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
- Ability to develop, implement, and train on the use of KPIs in production
- Experience managing and developing employees
- Experience in ISO 9001 and 13485
- Knowledge in Safety and Hygiene
- Experience in SAP or similar ERP
- Management of office packages (Excel, Word, Power point)
- Advanced English (80%+)
