This Position reports to:
EL Sales Support Manager - Pre-Sales
**Your role and responsibilities**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and complete bids, estimations, and quotations based on customer specifications, requirements, or budget to achieve market competitiveness and high margins for the company. Each day, you will maintain and improve the balance between all ABB units and customers in your area of responsibility. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting and collating the information required to prepare proposals, including both technical and cost elements.

This role is contributing to the ELDS in San Luis Potosi, México. Main stakeholders are ANSI/IEC Low Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers, ANSI/IEC Medium Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers (including Primary, Secondary and GIS) and ANSI Switchgear OEM.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Read, comprehend and analyze customer’s specifications to develop a:
- ANSI/IEC Low Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers.




- ANSI/IEC Medium Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers (including Primary, Secondary and GIS)
- Optional/Preferred background in: Packaging, Services, Bus Duct, electrification & distribution systems.
- Get best prices from third party suppliers.
- Think & Propose best solution in our products to customer.
- Interact & negotiate among sales, engineering and operations to build final offer.
- Active help to meet Business Unit orders budget and meet Business Unit required margins.
- Active participation on product improvements in collaboration with Product Management.
- Seek, develop and execute enhancements within the area.

**Qualifications for the role**
- Bachelor's degree as Electrical Engineer or similar.
- Knowledge of ANSI/IEC Low and Medium Voltage Switchgears and Motor Control Centers (including Primary, Secondary and GIS). Also knowledge in ANSI Medium Voltage OEM.
- Preferred background in: Packaging, Services, Bus Duct, electrification & distribution systems.
- Experience in Electrical Proposals development.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, SharePoint
- Advanced English level (70% minimum). Conversation Level
- Programming skills (Macros, java, PowerApps, SharePoint, etc)
