Our Client is seeking a commercially minded, proactive, and data-informed Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Growth Lead to own and scale their VIP Special Ops Program day-to-day. Functioning as a high-touch creator revenue operator,
this professional will manage relationships with top-performing TikTok Shop affiliates and BookTok creators. Rather than executing passive administrative outreach, this candidate will actively analyze viral product KPIs, pitch data-backed book opportunities, provide creative briefs and sample support, and guide creators through structured posting strategies to maximize Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
Key Responsibilities
VIP Creator Program Management & Pipeline Ownership

Manages a high-volume pipeline of high-potential TikTok Shop affiliates and BookTok creators, guiding them from initial outreach to accepted VIP partner status and ongoing active posting.
