Overview:

The Marketing Data Performance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the analysis of data related to marketing campaigns, ensuring that the collected information allows for measuring performance and making strategic decisions based on accurate metrics. This role acts as a liaison between the marketing and data analytics teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and that reports are clear, timely, and actionable.

Overall Mission or Objective of the Role:

To ensure the correct collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data to maximize campaign performance and contribute to the achievement of business objectives, facilitating informed decision-making and the continuous improvement of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities and tasks:

Coordinate and monitor data collection from various marketing platforms and tools, analyze the performance of digital and traditional campaigns, generate periodic reports with key insights,



collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement data-driven improvements, ensure the quality and consistency of information, and keep relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales areas up to date.
Requirements
Educational Level: Bachelor´ s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or certifications in data analysis or digital marketing are desirable.

Knowledge and Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau), solid understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics, knowledge of online advertising campaign management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), skills in data interpretation and generating clear reports.
