- **_Ensure collections of open AR, based on payment terms and prompt discount terms._**

- **_Document disputes per type of customer, portafolio and segment._**
**_ _**
- **_Chase and ensure closing resolutions, based on agings, past due analysis proactively._**

- **_Drive actions to get payment promises._**
**_ _**
- **_Fluent communication with customers and related areas to avoid risk for targets._**
