**Purpose of the job**
Create, document, coordinate and execute the requirements of Business Operations (such as daily reports, presentations for CBRs, database required by internal areas such as actuarial, commercial, financial and Operations, develop frameworks to control and ensure that SLAs are being met.
R **esponsibilities**
- Definition and design daily reports to support operations in order to guarantee the achievement of SLA stablished with Dealers.
- Create dashboards with key metrics for effective decision making.
- Use Power BI, excel, access, Tableau and other tools to develop dashboards which will facilitate business decisions by different teams.
- Responsible for defining and identifying reporting opportunities for all the departments in the company, like actuarial, premium, claims, finance, etc.
- Hold the meetings with potential requestors to identify their needs, define the scope of several reports, understand the data from different systems
- Support Operations Team to build the QBR presentations in a monthly basis.
- Have meetings with users to identify needs, operational processes and key metrics.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the department.
- Maintain constant communication with Operations Team to identify and understand required controls and develop the tools to improve operation control and results.
- This position support will be applied for all countries that México supports.
**Requirements**:
- University graduate
- Bachelor´s degree Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineer or related field.
- Programming skills: R, Python and database query languages like SQL.
- Statistical skills
- Knowledge of machine learning methods.
- +2 years of experience with data managed and statistical modeling such as regression, clustering, and segmentation.




- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Knowledge of common and descriptive statistics
- Data visualization and presentation
- Dashboard creation
- KPIs management
