**This job is responsible to**:
**Support business needs in the various stages of implementation involving the configuration of new products, channel, dealer or renewals of existing customers in corporate systems, monitoring and supporting demands from the business area and also develop innovative solutions, including automations and creation of RPA's to optimize and maximize operational results.**:
**Main responsibilities of this job**:
**1. Understanding the product description needed by business and execute the configuration in corporate systems.**:
**2. Conduct validations test to ensure optimal functionality of configured systems.**:
**3. Design, develop, and test process automation tools and RPA solutions to enhance operational efficiency.**:
**4. Actively participating in business meetings to understand the expansion of opportunities with existing and new Dealers.**:
**5. Maintaining excellent communication and provide support during product implementation among the different company departments for the realization of the projects.**:
**6. Collaborate with Deadlines stablished by business to launch new products and implement new clients.**:
**7. Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.**:
**Risks identification and control.**:
**Requirements**:
**Education: Computer/System Engineer or Degree Experience: 2-3 years in roles envolving system implementation or automation development. Language: Advanced English (preferred)**:
**Technical Skills**:
- **Experience in configuring enterprise systems**:




- **Proficiency in developing RPA solutions (preferably with tools like Automation Anywhere or similar)**:
- **Familiarity with business processes in insurance, financial or technological industries**:
