Role Purpose

The Accounts Receivable (AR)



Collections Analyst is responsible for managing and overseeing the collection of outstanding accounts receivable from customers. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume transactions. The specialist will work closely with the AR team, customers, and other departments to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues related to receivables.

Responsibilities
- Contact Key customers via phone, email, and letters to collect outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and terms with delinquent customers.
- Maintain and update accurate records of all collection best practices in the company’s system.
- Review and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies by collaborating with the billing team and customers.
