This role

As part of PayJoy’s Strategy & Corporate Development team, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to support high-impact strategic initiatives for PayJoy’s integral business, such as new market entries, product launches, and M&A; investments. You’ll dive deep into financial data, market trends,



and business performance to deliver insights that guide critical business decisions. This role is for someone with strong analytical capabilities, extensive financial modeling experience, and comfort building executive-level presentations. It offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to PayJoy’s growth strategy in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilities:

Build complex financial models in Excel to support global strategic projects and investments, including valuation analyses, P&L; forecasting, and scenario planning.

Evaluate M&A; and investment opportunities, including analyzing target financials, preparing deal models, and coordinating cross-functional due diligence efforts.

Gather and analyze data from multiple sources – including internal performance data, market research, competitor benchmarks, expert interviews, customer surveys, etc. – and synthesize into clear, actionable insights.
