Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.





The Material Planning Analyst role involves managing and planning customer demand, data analysis to support multiple areas within the materials function to ensure on time and efficient deliveries.

What a typical day looks like:
- Track the materials team performance through diverse reports.
- Manage excess and obsolete analysis and implement corrective actions when required.
- Present “Bill Of Materials” analysis to the customer.
- Work closely to program management and materials management areas.
- Release the MRP execution to purchasing in a weekly basis.
- Analyze the demand from customers and based on materials availability, determine if the customer’s demand can be built (availability and schedules).
- Upload data at MRP system: following the guidelines provided by materials and program management considering customer’s demand information.
