The Design Engineering team is responsible for developing innovative and reliable engineering solutions for aerospace components, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, ergonomics, and productivity standards. The department works collaboratively with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to deliver optimized designs that meet customer requirements, support production processes,



and drive continuous improvement through problem-solving and engineering excellence.

What You Will Do:
- Lead and execute complex structural design projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, certification requirements, and program objectives.
- Develop high-quality 3D models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings using advanced CAD tools.
- Support the design and development of advanced nacelle structures for future aircraft platforms, including conceptual design, feasibility studies, and technology maturation.
- Lead and participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities to identify, analyze, and resolve internal and external quality issues.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical oversight to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering growth and ensuring high-quality engineering output.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Stress, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations and Program Management
