content creation, and social media.

What will you be doing on a daily?
As a Marketing Associate, your role is to make Avomind visible, relevant, and engaging for clients and candidates across the Americas regions, with a focus on the US. You’ll work closely with our business and recruitment teams to localize our messaging, increase brand discoverability, and drive inbound growth organically. We’re not looking for someone to just run paid campaigns or boost posts—we want someone who can grow our brand organically and think strategically. Here’s what that looks like day-to-day:
- Drive visibility: Position our company as a leading recruitment partner in the Americas region by optimizing our online presence and authority.
- Optimise our SEO strategy: Manage on-page and off-page SEO, keyword planning, content optimization, and link-building efforts.
