What will you do?
The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for providing support on issues/inquiries related to our processes and maintaining day-to-day operations to deliver results.
As owner of the process, this role is accountable for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to vendors or COE across the enterprise. Additionally,



analysts will execute transactions in our system to respond HR- related inquiries to Johnson Controls employees across the Enterprise. Active participation in Continuous Improvement projects and Automation is highly expected.

How will you do it?
- Process transactions in our HR system (Workday, ServiceNow) such as (and not limited to):

Union hires for US and Canada:
-Screening process completion. General HR questions when employees are looking for policies and procedures.
-Complete Background and Drug test reports for candidates, following the Johnson Controls policies and procedures for each Country/State to comply with their local laws.
- Provide support on simple data entry/ data changes on employee records.
- I-9 management for US
- Accomplish the KPIs for cases.
- Provide specialized HR transaction support to HR fields, Managers and Vendors.
- Responds to complex inquiries from different personnel across the enterprise and escalate issues were appropriate.
