We are a U.S.based drayage logistics company specializing in the movement of containers to and from ports, rail yards, and warehouses. We are expanding our team in Mexico and looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow in the logistics industry.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and dispatch teams in English and Spanish.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of container pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Think quickly to solve issues and ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Must be located in Mexico and able to work on-site.
- **Bachelor’s Degree** (any field).
- **Excellent English (verbal and written)** and strong comprehension skills.
- Ability to **think quickly** and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- No logistics experience needed — training provided.
**Work Hours**:
- Monday to Friday, **U.S. Pacific Time business hours**.
**Salary & Benefits**:
- Starting salary**:$500-$600 USD per month** (based on skills).
