**Objective**:
Drive Digital agenda for better, more efficient Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) function that meets business requirements
**Key Responsibilities**:
Better forecast accuracy & process efficiency
- One Number culture & process
- Financial forecast accuracy KPIs
- Automated P&L; monetization, sensitivity scenarios
Driver based forecasting & further efficiency gains
- System managed O&Rs; and transparent drivers
- Integrated Overheads and A&C; planning
Data driven insights & scenario-based forecasting
- Integrated planning, incl. trademarks valuation, etc.
- Prescriptive analytics, scenario modelling
- Self-service access to data
- Scaling up SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) capabilities
- Support S/4 / o9 planning and implementation
**Competences and Experience**:
- Several years of working experience in FP&A; and deep knowledge of processes
- Advanced experience with machine learning,



artificial intelligence and visualization technologies
- Project Management
- Strong influencing skills and excellent communications skills
- Excellent multicultural expertise
- Ability to act as consultant, partnering with business in implementation transformation initiatives
- Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI is welcomed
