**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with strong experience in Node.js to help architect and maintain our backend services. You will work on API development, integration logic, and performance optimization. As a core team member, you will collaborate with our technical and non-technical teams to turn customer needs into reliable, scalable backend solutions.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and modern frameworks.
- Create robust RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party platforms.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners,



and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure backend performance, availability, and security best practices.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high and clean code quality.
- Document work thoroughly to ensure ease of deployment and long-term maintainability.
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR**
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- An affinity for clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
