**Teaching Assistant - Secondary School Leeds September Start Temp to Perm Veritas Education**
This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people in their education, whether you're an experienced TA or looking to gain school-based experience before pursuing a teaching career.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Support teachers in the classroom to deliver engaging lessons
- Work with students on a 1:1 or small group basis to support learning
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive environment
- Adapt resources to meet the needs of individual learners
- Encourage student participation and monitor progress
**What We're Looking For**:
- Experience working with young people (school, youth work, tutoring, etc.)
- A positive, versátil attitude and strong communication skills
- Passion for education and supporting student development
- A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
