**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Integration Manager to lead client-facing integration projects from planning to execution. In this role, you will act as the key bridge between our clients and our technical & product teams, ensuring seamless implementation of API-based integrations with third-party systems. You’ll be hands-on with technology, comfortable in technical conversations, and able to guide clients through complex integration processes.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead end-to-end client integration projects, from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their technical environments, API requirements, and business objectives.
- Partner with the Product Manager to communicate client needs,



influence product improvements, and ensure alignment between product development and integration priorities.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and work with engineering teams to deliver seamless integrations.
- Document integration workflows, data mappings, and processes clearly and effectively.
- Continuously improve internal processes, integration frameworks, and client onboarding materials.
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR**
- 3+ years in integration, implementation, or technical project management roles.
- Experience working in a client-facing role with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Experience working in SaaS or B2B technology companies.
- Scripting or development experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to run tests or validate integrations.
