**Responsibilities**
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document business requirements and ensure clear communication among teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business process models use cases and user stories.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns that can inform business strategies and initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems and processes ensuring they meet business needs and are delivered on time.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure technical solutions are aligned with business requirements and objectives.
- Support user acceptance testing by developing test cases and coordinating testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all business processes and solutions.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
