**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support end-to-end processing of payroll cycles, including data validation, payroll inputs, and reconciliations.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support payroll accuracy, trend identification, and compliance.
- Use Excel to manage large datasets, perform calculations, create pivot tables, and generate reports.
- Work closely with the payroll vendor, HR, finance, and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure service-level agreements are met.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements and standard operating procedures.
- Support audits by providing payroll data, documentation, and responding to inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local labor and tax regulations, as well as internal policies.
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll in a timely and professional manner.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably with exposure to LATAM countries including: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, and/or Peru. Experience with Colombia, Chile, and/or Peru is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, etc.).
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, Workday) is a plus. Experience with ADP Streamline is especially preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Spanish proficiency required.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
