The Sell-Out Performance Sr Manager will be responsible for defining and leading Viatris’ sell-out performance strategy, ensuring sustainable growth in revenue, profitability and market share.



This role focuses on identifying concrete and innovative solutions to accelerate demand across the entire portfolio, with emphasis on the OTC / OTX lines, though not limited to them. This professional will act as a strategic business leader and advisor, with direct responsibility for managing area’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across physical and digital channels. This includes planning and executing trade actions, Patient Support Programs (PSP), promotional initiatives, incentive campaigns and ensuring excellence in point-of-sale execution.
One of its main objectives is ensure POS execution with a clear focus on Distribution and product availability with the purpose to drive prescription fulfillment at POS and mitigate switching.
This role is also responsible for promoting a performance-driven culture within the commercial area, guiding all actions and initiatives toward results and value creation, ensuring financial discipline in decision-making.
