The Job:

The HR Director serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders and is responsible for aligning people strategy with business objectives across both commercial and manufacturing organizations. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent outcomes, workforce planning, culture, and change management.

The adecuado candidate brings strong HR leadership experience supporting commercial functions such as sales, marketing, product management, customer service,



or business development, as well as manufacturing operations including plant leadership, supply chain, and operational teams. This individual must be equally effective in executive-level business discussions and in translating and implanting strategy into practical people solutions across diverse operating environments.

As a Human Resources Director, you’ll be part of our Mexico team working as a hybrid employee.

You’ll get to:
- Guide and manage the overall Human Resources function, services, policies, and programs as well as promote and implement human resource values by planning and managing HR programs for Stanley Black & Decker’s Mexico operation.
- Translate business strategy into people priorities, workforce plans, and organizational actions.
