Job Description

Main Objective:
Responsible for leading manufacturing operations and process management activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while meeting quality, delivery, and customer requirements. This role drives operational excellence, continuous improvement, workforce development, and strategic execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sustainable growth within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
What challenges will you have?
- Lead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Drive strategic process improvements through Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence initiatives, and continuous improvement programs that optimize efficiency, capacity,



and profitability.
- Manage and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, employee engagement, talent development, and leadership growth.
- Ensure successful execution of new product launches and industrialization projects, guaranteeing smooth integration into production operations while meeting quality and timing expectations.
- Manage budgets, investments, and resource planning, ensuring effective utilization of financial and operational resources while delivering business results.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Finance, and Human Resources teams to support plant objectives and customer satisfaction.
