The Executive Assistant will serve as a key operational partner to the Founder and CEO, focused on protecting leadership focus time and improving day-to-day execution flow across priorities.
This role owns the calendar, inbox, travel, and administrative coordination while ensuring founder-level initiatives remain organized, tracked, and progressing. Acting as a central point for communication and follow-through, the Executive Operations Assistant manages meeting coordination, action-item tracking, and executive status reporting to increase accountability and reduce operational friction. The position is designed to streamline leadership workflows, enabling the founder to focus on high-impact strategic decisions while maintaining visibility across key business priorities.
