At Danone Mexico, we are looking for a Water Resources Jr. Manager to drive our environmental management strategy and secure sustainable, safe, and climate-resilient operations.

Your Mission
- Ensure water availability and quality across all operational sites.
- Lead well drilling, boreholes maintenance and monitoring, and digitalization projects.
- Implement international standards and coordinate environmental audits.
- Mitigate water-related and environmental risks while maintaining strong relationships with authorities such as CONAGUA.
- Deploy the SPRING2030 program (Launch Spring methodology) and connect 100% of wells to Danone’s digital platform by 2027.

Acerca de ti

Idóneo Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology or related field.
- 5+ years of field experience.
- Strong knowledge of drilling, pumping tests, microbiology,



and geophysics.
- Solid understanding of Mexican environmental regulations (NOMs, LGEEPA, LAN).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and GIS software (preferred).
- Recognized leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Mexico and abroad.
