We are currently expanding in Mexico and are looking for an experienced **Air & Ocean Operation** professional to join our local team. This role will focus on daily air and ocean freight operations, ensuring accurate documentation, timely execution, and high-quality service to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Operations and Process Management**
- Handle daily operations of air and ocean import/export shipments, ensuring timely, safe, and compliant transportation.
- Process bookings, arrange customs clearance, coordinate transportation and delivery, and manage exception handling.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation according to international and local regulations.
- Track cargo movement in real time and address any transport-related issues promptly.
**Customer Service and Coordination**
- Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs and provide operational support.




- Coordinate with the sales team to offer professional logistics solutions and operational insights.
- Assist in preparing customized logistics service plans for key shipments and special projects.
**Supplier and Partner Coordination**
- Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, trucking companies, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Follow up on service quality and resolve operational issues with suppliers when needed.
**Compliance and Documentation**
- Ensure all air and ocean freight operations comply with international, national, and local customs and transportation regulations.
- Keep updated on policy changes to ensure processes meet the latest compliance standards.
**Data and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate operational records and data in logistics systems.
- Prepare basic reports on shipment status, operational performance, and exceptions.
**Qualifications**
**Experience**
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in international logistics or freight forwarding, with operational experience in air and ocean freight.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and regulatory requirements in Mexico is preferred.
**Skills**
- Proficient in logistics systems (experience with GoFreight preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
**Language Requirements**
- Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
- Basic Spanish or English is a plus, but not mandatory.
Pay: $35,000.00 per month
