**Qualifications**:
- Time Management Skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a requirement.
- Computer savvy with above-average working knowledge of telephonic and CRM systems.
- Proficient in English/Spanish.
