Provides ongoing support for an assigned team or production operation. Services may include painting, welding, equipment setup, machine operation, machine feeding or other activity. Ensures services provided are on-time and according to established specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Develops and applies basic knowledge and skills to perform Production Support Technician duties.
- Learns activities that ensure smooth flow of manufacturing operations, such as: Providing raw materials to machine operators, feeding machines where required.
- Performing equipment set up or operating machinery.
- Painting, welding or other skilled / un-skilled trades to complete a customer order.




- Follows standard operating procedures and written / verbal directions when completing tasks.
- Ensures safety at all times, including while operating machinery and handling equipment and materials.
- Supports assigned production team as necessary, ensuring all quality standards are met or exceeded.
Required Qualifications
- Education or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Production Support.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
