Thank you!** **The Role** **Responsibilities** - Creative Asset Development & Execution- Prepare consistent print-ready artwork alongside the Compliance team, ensuring that all brand guidelines, legal requirements, and deadlines are met.- Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.- Support the development and refinement of MaryRuth’s packaging assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. - Collaboration- Work closely with MaryRuth’s Product Development and Compliance teams to support in creating new and updated packaging that aligns with regulatory requirements and translating brand and product needs into clear, compelling packaging solutions that enhance the customer experience.- Share design drafts and packaging mockups for review and feedback. - Brand Consistency & Optimization- Maintain MaryRuth’s brand guidelines and ensure that all creative outputs adhere to established standards.- Continuously refine design templates and asset libraries for improved efficiency. - Team Contribution- Ensure that Creative has appropriate access to renders within DB and Bynder.- Support the flow of communication to keep the team informed around new products coming down the pipeline.- Research trends, materials, and competitor packaging for inspiration. - Other responsibilities as assigned. - Some travel (<5%) may be required on an as-needed basis, with advance notice provided to the employee. **Qualifications** - 1-2 years of relevant experience in packaging design,



preferably with at least 1 year in a coordinator or similar role. - Intermediate proficiency in design software is required, preferably Adobe Illustrator.
