Your Role
Drives changes in organizational structure and processes, ensures progress of transformation, supports strategy development and execution, creates transparency on achievements at regional level and ensures link into integral BES BD
Responsibilities
- Actively manage key projects esp. related to operating model changes and ensure alignment with leaders and other stakeholders
- Steers the development and execution of regional strategies incl. M&A; strategies and the identification of new business opportunities.
- Support systematic prioritization and development of strategy and transformation roadmap within region
- General implementation (structuring, leading, driving) of new businesses like commercial sustainability, portfolio of initiatives and roadmap within the region
- Steers regional post merger integration (PMI)




- Act as sparring partner to business on regional level
- Focus attention of reg. leaders to what matters most and ensure deliverable
- and execution-focused strategy implementation and project mgmt.
- Assess key execution risks, flag issues proactively and pre-emptively in region and communicate these to relevant stakeholders
Your Profile
- 8+ years of relevant project leading expertise in a top-tier management/strategy consultancy and multinational work environment
- Several years of experience in large-scale organizational transformations, operating model and strategy development and project management
- Master Degree Business, experience in chemical distribution
