Key Responsabilities

Account Ownership & Strategy
- Own the overall success, performance, and growth of a key enterprise account, including revenue, profitability, and customer experience metrics
- Develop and execute the account strategy, identifying opportunities for expansion, optimization, and long-term value creation
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, building strong, trust-based relationships at executive levels
