Job Description Summary

The Manager,



Communications & Change Management is responsible for executing communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change initiatives that support successful delivery and adoption of digital transformation across the Operating Unit. This role partners with business leaders, product teams, HR, and Global Digital Services to ensure employees and stakeholders are informed, engaged, and equipped to adopt new digital capabilities and ways of working.

The Manager develops communication plans, coordinates stakeholder engagement activities, supports change readiness efforts, and delivers learning and adoption programs that improve business outcomes. Working across multiple transformation initiatives, this role helps translate strategy into actionable communications and change activities that enable successful implementation and long-term adoption.
